We charge by the job, not by the hour!

Standard Service Call

When your system requires service, we will be happy to serve you from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.  Monday through Friday (Excluding Holidays). There is a $89.00 ($75.00 for ESA Customers) diagnostic fee for service calls which includes a quote on repairs. Our prices are billed on a flat rate basis assuring fair and accurate pricing.  As a problem starts to arise, please call us at 404.577.6885 or click on the Service Call button above to leave information for an e-call.

After Hours Service Call

We know that problems do not always arise during working hours.  That is why we offer 24-hour emergency service.  You do pay a premium diagnostic charge ($120.00*) and a higher labor rate, but sometimes the added expense is worth keeping your family from discomfort.  Just call our normal office number at 404.892.0420, and leave a message for the technician on call.  He should respond within one hour of receiving your message.
